Sale agreement between Mashhadi ‘Ali Riza ‘Attar [the herbalist], son of the late Haji Muhammad Riza from Shiraz, and Hajiyah Zivar Sultan, daughter of the late Haji Muhammad Hasan Tajir [the merchant] known as Salih and wife of the late Haji Muhammad Sahib Tajir ‘Alaqah-band [the silk maker] from Shiraz, over one-third of a house in the Suq al-Tayr neighborhood for two hundred tumans. Power of attorney given to Mulla Zayn al-‘Abidin, son of Haji Muhammad Hasan from Shiraz, by Bibi Khanum Rubab (daughter of Haji Muhammad Isma‘il from Shiraz and the permanent wife of the late Mashhadi Muhammad Bunakdar [the wholesaler], who is currently the guardian of her underaged daughter, Khanum Sughra, for six months from the time of this contract in order to receive her and her daughter's rights from Mustafa Bunakdar. Testimony by a number of people, including Mu’ayyad al-Mamalik, regarding Nimtaj Khanum's trespassing on Kulah Farangi property in Nizamiyah Garden, which belongs to the underage children of Nizam al-Mulk. She cut some trees and sold them, claiming it as her own children's property. Shaykh ‘Isa, with the power of attorney from Nizam al-Mulk, complained to the Court of Justice, and the Court's investigation into the matter confirmed his claim.

Testimony of the daughter of the late Ra’is ‘Ali Zari‘ [the farmer], wife of Haji ‘Abd al-Husayn, regarding her father's properties, including his house, house furnishings, and at least two thousand tumans, that the other inheritors have kept because she was underage at the time of her father's death. Eleven people have signed the testimony, and have testified that Ra’is ‘Ali was a wealthy man and his daughter was an infant when he passed away.
